DOWNHILL BIKES
A full day out for the more energetic. Picked up from your hotel you are taken by minibus to the Aitana mountain 4500ft above sea level. Here you will be kitted out with a mountain bike to suit your size.
Here you will receive full instruction about the bikes and then its off downhill for a 26 miles bike ride. As 99% of the ride is downhill it is suitalbe for all ages. The morning will roll you downhill to a small village called penaguila where you will have a lunch stop (not included) .
After lunch you are taking back up the mountian and cycle down the other side for an 18 miles journey down to your pick up point.
A guide covers the whole journey with you and there are frequent water breaks along the way. Once everyone finishes you are issued with a certificate and taken back to your hotel.
