restaurants.
It is located 9 kms outside the centre of Bilbao in a gorgeous Basque
countryhouse.
The restaurant is set in beautiful countryside with views over the Ibaizábal
valley and the nearby mountains.
Roberto Asúa combines tradition, innovation and skill in his dishes and very
typical to Basque cuisine he uses only the best fresh seasonal ingredients,
some from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden.
As well as using recipes that are over 30 years old like the "Bacalao al club
Ranero" he also produces new interesting dishes.
The price is per person based on a 3-course menu. There are inclusive menus
available at additional cost upon request.
