SALOU RESORT DESCRIPTION
Just a 2 hour flight from the UK, Salou is easily accessible from all major airports.With an American owned themed park on its doorstep complete with its own water world, and Barcelona just an hour drive away, Salou really is the ideal destination for any stag weekend or hen weekend.
The main hotel area is just 500 metres from the gently shelving expanse of Salou’s golden beach. There are literally hundreds of bars in the area and many large discos to choose from. All palates are catered for with many restaurants from Italian to Chinese, Indian to Mexican. Of course there are loads of British eateries for those who just prefer a bit of food like back home.
There are so many events to choose from including Bar Crawls and Magical Illusion shows to Theme parks and Waterparks. Salou has seen massive growth in the last few years and has now become one of the biggest resorts for the major British tour operators.
The biggest nationalities are British and Dutch and the area also has a lot of Irish customers so there is definitely no shortage of great Irish bars to choose from.Reus airport is just a 15 minute drive from Salou and saves the hassle of sitting on coaches for hours.It has now become a major base for the low cost airline Ryanair and means short breaks can be really cost effective.
It is mainly just a summer resort running from April to October but the temperatures can reach into the high 90’s in the peak summer months. The nightlife is fantastic due to millions of pounds being spent refurbishing the bars and clubs to make Salou a real cosmopolitan resort where you can party hard. The major clubs continue until 5.30am which is late enough for most people. There is also a Pacha nightclub in the neighbouring resort of La Pineda which has some top nights inviting the best DJ’s from all over Europe.

BAR CRAWL
BAR CRAWL By far the most popular event for all stag and hen parties.
Traditionally the first night of any stag or hen weekend should be the most memorable and you only get one chance to get it right so this is why an organised bar crawl will guarantee you go to the right places at the right times. Meet in your apartment bar at 8 o’clock and follow you reps to four of the best bars in Salou.
IRISH MEAL NIGHT
A chance to get the whole group together and have a bit of banter over some fantastic home cooked food. This is a real favourite for all stag & hen parties as the food is so good, the staff are always so friendly & of course it’s a great treat eating ¨al fresco¨ . Usually meeting in the apartments/hotel bar at 7pm we head down to the Guiness Tavern and let the feast begin.

INDIAN MEAL NIGHT
Lets be honest after the weekend you have to go through you will want to just chill for a couple of hours and eat some great food. It is also a good way to finish any truly great stag or hen weekend and get the whole group together for a final feast. We have selected only the best tried and tested restaurants for our groups.
WATERPARK
The biggest waterpark on the Costa Dorada is definitely a must in the hotter months. Just ten minutes outside Salou in the resort of La Pineda is a great day waiting to happen. The park has all of the old favourites that you would expect from any good waterpark such as Kamikazes, Black Hole, Aquamania, Boomerang, Crazy River, Jacuzzis, Lazy Rivers and a massive wave pool.

PORT AVENTURA
A trip to Salou is incomplete without a trip to the best Theme Park outside the UK. The infamous Port Aventura. Situated on the outskirts of Salou. You will receive an open ticket to go whenever it suits you. As the park is open all day you can sleep of your hangover and go when it suits you. The park has over 50 major attractions to suit all tastes. The most famous ones include “The Dragon Khan” a high speed roller coaster that has over 7 loops, “The Stampida” a totally wooden roller coaster where two coasters race each other. Also it has one of the highest drop rides in Europe at over 300 feet. To cool off try one of the many water rides including “The Tutuki Splash@ “The canyon Rapids and the Log Flume”.
SPA WITH LUNCH
A very popular day with all the hens. Get pampered like a princess in one of Spain's most luxurious spa's. The day includes three hours to relax and use all the spa's facilities including jet pools, saunas, steam rooms, rejuvenating showers and much more followed by a sumptuos buffet lunch in the four star hotel on site. Other specialist treatments are available at extra cost, ie massages, pedicures, facials etc.
CATAMARAN
A fantastic day out with all your mates & one not to be missed. Imagine yourself swimming, diving and getting a sun tan on board our luxury catamaran. You will be picked up at your hotel by bus. The bus will take you to the harbour of cambrils just ten minutes away, where the catamaran will be waiting for you. From cambrils harbour the catamaran will sail the shore of the Costa Dorada to a calm bay where the boat will anchor. Here you can go for a swim, go diving/snorkeling or just stay on board to top up your tan.
JEEP SAFARI
A fully guided event, one of the most popular on the coast. At 8.30am pick ups begin at a point close to your hotel. After a short briefing we start the tour passing by Port Aventura that’s when the fun really starts. From here we gradually leave the road and take dirt tracks into the mountains. The day is a full round trip covering over 100 miles and you will be dropped back to your apartments at approx 5.30pm. There are loads of stops along the way for a chance to stretch your legs or get a cheeky drink in. Water pistols are a must. The bigger the better. During the day we stop at Lake Siurana where you get a chance to have a swim. Lunch is not included but there is a stop at a restaurant offering great lunches at reasonable prices. The jeeps are driven by professional 4 x 4 drivers who will do everything to make sure you have the best time ever.
QUADS (FULL DAY)
A top day for the adrenalin seekers. A full on 5 hour quad session. We leave at 10:00 am returning at 3.00pm. The quad is the latest model “ POLARIS SPORT 500cc “ with automatic gears Seating up to 2 people on each quad. The event starts at sea level rising to a maximum of 1100 metres above sea level. In peak season, we have a 15 minute stop in a beautiful wooded area 1000 metres up in the mountains. There you’ll find an amazing 10 metre high waterfall and natural lagoon where you can have a refreshing dip.
