There is no pain when using the proper equipment; there are special guns and cartridges to suit all statures.
The Instructors take pride in introducing novices to this exciting sport.
Licenses are not needed - just wear suitable clothing of the time of year (and ladies, flat shoes please).
This adrenaline rush comes with full instruction including a fun, but safe, competition. All equipment and ear protection provided.

Course Duration - Approx 1.5 hours

Clothing Required - All safety equipment provided, old jeans / t/shirt and walking boots are preferable attire.
Other Information - 30 Clays 15 as a practise then go for a break then 15 as a competition, with a bottle of bubbly to the winner
