A trek out through the countryside on a 340 acre hill farm in the South Wales valleys. We start you off on a practice circuit, getting you used to the bikes. We can then see how you are on the bikes and decide what parts of the farm we will take you to. From the circuit its
onto flat fields to practice gear selection and then onto a trek through the rest of the farm for the remainder of time. Lots of fields, bumpy tracks, woodland etc. We have different bikes to suit different people.
